We do not have a data protection officer, as this is not required for CNSystems.

1.1. Type of stored data
We use name, title and e-mail address for sending out newsletters and information on latest trends. Any additional data is used for internal statistical purposes only.

1.2. Contact with us
If you contact us through the contact form on our website or by e-mail, or, if we get in contact at one our exhibitions stands, the provided data will be used to process your request and for follow-up questions.

1.3. Registration for Expert and Literature Service Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our Expert & Literature Service Newsletter via our website or at one of our trade fair appearances. For this service we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree with the subscription to the newsletter.

Your e-mail address will only be used to provide you with information on the latest developments (Expert Newsletter), as well as to keep you informed of current scientific publications (Literature Service).

Once you have subscribed to the newsletter via web, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm the registration.

The registration for the Expert & Literature Service Newsletter can be canceled at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: or unsubscribe by using the link at the end of every newsletter. We will immediately delete your data in related to the literature service newsletter dispatch.


2. Transmission of data to contractors (service provider)

The transfer of your data to contractors (service providers) is required for the following reasons:

2.1. Sending newsletters
If you have registered for the Expert Literature Service Newsletter or agreed to receive it at one of our exhibition stands, your name and e-mail address will be transferred to the server of our service provider Clever Reach GmbH & Co KG, based in Germany, in order to send out the newsletter in the Clever Reach tool.

We have concluded a corresponding data processing contract with the provider.

2.2. Web-Analysis

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users interact with the site. Duration of Data Storage
The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user-identifiers (e.g. User-IDs) or advertising-identifiers are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

Rights of the Persons affected
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by blocking the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functionalities of this website to their full extent.

2.3. Use of Google Web Fonts
Our website uses so-called “Web Fonts” provided by Google for cross-browser uniform font display (GoogleU LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

3. Storage Interval

Your data collected for the purpose of providing information (in particular to send out the Expert & Literature Service Newsletter) will be stored up to 3 years after the last contact.
