klinische Praxis wichtigen Fragen zu identifizieren und auf Basis aktueller Evidenz zu beantworten. H\u00e4modynamisches Monitoring und Management stellen die perioperative \u00dcberwachung und Therapie der Herz-Kreislauffunktion sicher und bilden die Grunds\u00e4ulen der perioperativen an\u00e4sthesiologischen Behandlung zur Aufrechterhaltung der Organfunktionen. Weiters sollen perioperativen Komplikationen vermieden werden, deren Rate mit fast 20% immer noch sehr hoch ist <sup>1<\/sup>. Volumenreagibilit\u00e4t bedeutet, dass sich durch einen Fl\u00fcssigkeitsbolus das Schlagvolumen\/ Herzzeitvolumen steigern l\u00e4sst. Die Anwendung der Testverfahren zur Beurteilung der Volumenreagibilit\u00e4t erfolgt in Abw\u00e4gung der klinischen Situation und unter Beachtung der verfahrensimmanenten Limitationen. Man differenziert daher die Monitoring-Methoden je nach Zustand des Patienten im Kontext mit seiner Anamnese und den Voruntersuchungen. Der Bogen spannt sich von nicht-invasivem Basismonitoring, das bei allen Patienten verwendet werden kann bis etwa zum Einsatz des Pulmonalarterien-Katheters bei hochselektierten Patienten.
